PTCUL is the State Power Transmission Utility (STU) responsible for building, operating and maintaining Transmission Substations and Lines at Extra High Voltages (EHV) of 132 KV, 220 KV, 400 KV & above. It was carved out of UPCL in June 2004 as a part of Power Sector Reforms process. PTCUL is also responsible for Load Despatch and Energy Management functions in the State through Load Despatch Centres (LDCs).


As Corporate entity, PTCUL aims to implement best practices of Project Implementation and Operations & Maintenance Management to ensure efficiency, reliability and commercial viability of Power Transmission System in the State. It endeavours to be among the best Transmission Utilities in the Country in these parameters within three years.

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) system covers all requirements related to Employee EPF deduction to comply of all government return filling and compliances.
General Provident Fund covers all data automation, processing and generation of all required MIS and data pertaining to management of employee general provident fund.
Visitor Entry Management System covers data capturing of all visitors who comes to PTCUL office on daily basis. Before Entry of visitor into office VEMS captures all required data related to visitor. Time to time system generates all required MIS.
PTCUL engaged us for upgrading their entire existing customized ERP system to new technologies and hosting of the same to the cloud. We have upgraded entire ERP system to cloud compatible technology and hosted the application to the provided space. We have also given the training to all users of PTCUL on new system along with hands on experience.
