UJVN Ltd. is a wholly owned Corporation of the Government of Uttarakhand. Today, UJVN Ltd. operates hydropower plants ranging in capacity from 1.5 MW to 304 MW, totaling to 1292.10 MW. UJVN Ltd. is committed to develop new power stations in an early and efficient manner for economic well-being and growth of the State and its people.

For the fulfillment of the Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) requirement of solar for the Uttarakhand state as stated in Hon'ble Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation, its compliance & implementation of REC framework), Regulations 2010, UJVN limited has taken several initiatives. UJVN Limited has commissioned solar PV based power plants across its different offices/ Project areas totaling an installed capacity of 26.484 MW. UJVN Ltd. is currently exploring the feasibility of setting up additional solar PV based power plants in its offices/ Project areas across Uttarakhand.


GPF system is designed and implemented for UJVNL to automate the entire working of GPF trust which mainly covers Data Migration, Maintenance of Employee GPF monthly deductions, Monthly Interest Calculation, GPF proof-sheet Preparations, GPF Slip Generation, Yearly MIS Generations etc.
  • To enable efficient, effective and speedy management of GPF.
  • To help faster calculation of interest rates prevalent at time.
  • To help individual employees to see the GPF ledger and statement online as well as through mobile application.
  • Reduction in work of ama to calculate interest, post GPF contribution and maintain various registers.
  • To remove excess manpower deployed in the branches handling GPF and put the excess manpower to some other efficient use.
  • To bring overall efficiency in the management of GPF.
Pension Management System covers all functionality of Pension Section of UJVNL. From generation of PPO to disbursement of monthly pension and family pension system covers all aspects and all processes are automated and integrated in the computerized PMS system.
This MIS system was designed and implemented for UJVNL for their specific requirement of Data Capturing, Data Maintenance, Data Processing and Analysis and generation of required MIS.
UJVNL hired us to implement seventh pay commissions recommendation for its employees. We as mandate done analysis and fact finding and accordingly designed and implemented the system. Upgradation was successful.
UJVNL engaged us for the development of Payroll system as per their requirements. We as mandate engaged with UJVNL officials in fact finding and requirement analysis and system was successfully designed and developed as per the specific requirement of UJVNL.
