A Uttarakhand is a military / military dominated state, where a large number of soldiers retire every year, whose rehabilitation and welfare is a big challenge for the Central and State Government. For this, where various welfare schemes are being operated through the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, on the other hand Uttarakhand Ex-Servicemen Welfare Corporation Ltd. (Upnal), outsourcing to ex-servicemen / soldiers and their dependents since the period of its establishment (year 2004).
Continually making new and better efforts for rehabilitation and re-employment of ex-servicemen and their dependents and enabling their dependents for employment / self-employment through appropriate training. To make Upnal a transparent and efficient outsourcing agency for the State Government.


Upanal is a registered outsourcing agency under the Directorate General of Resettlement (DGR), Government of India. Currently around three thousand ex-servicemen have been deployed by the Upanal across India for various security contracts. Upanal is an important outsourcing agency for the Government of Uttarakhand. By which about 22 thousand employees have been appointed in the order of the Uttarakhand government according to the certified directions and the conditions referred to. Entrepreneurship development for employment generation currently operates under six courier agencies in the state, which is being edited by ESM. More such projects are proposed in the near future.

CONSULTANSY SUPPORT FOR WORK "SUPERVISION OF DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE AS PER UPNL WORKING
We were engaged by UPNL for doing detailed study regarding the fact finding and requirement analysis for development of software as per requirement of UPNL functions. In addition to the study we have done project management support for development and implementation of the system. Project management support involved helping teams initiate, plan, execute, and complete work to achieve specific project goals. We ensured projects are on target and that there is alignment across teams. We also created tools and processes that helped in achieving project goals and managed all issues.ing overall efficiency in the management of GPF.
